Shipping Policy

2. Processing Time
Once you place an order, it will be processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the volume of orders and availability of products. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number if available.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer different shipping methods depending on your location. Delivery times vary by country and shipping method selected at checkout. Below are the typical shipping timeframes for standard delivery:
United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. The shipping fee will be clearly displayed before you finalize your order.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for orders over a certain amount (please refer to specific offers on the website).
Flat-Rate Shipping: For certain regions or countries, we may offer a flat-rate shipping fee based on the delivery address.

Please note that tracking information may take 1–2 business days to update after dispatch.

7. Missing or Lost Shipments
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking information provided. If your shipment appears to be lost, please contact us immediately at payment@nlmode.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the package has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, we will make every effort to assist you in locating any missing items.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you realize that you have made an error with your shipping details, please contact us immediately.
9. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we are unable to modify or cancel the order if it has already been shipped. If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately at payment@nlmode.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the shipment is processed.
10. Delayed Shipments
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. In some cases, shipments may be delayed due to factors outside of our control, such as customs delays, carrier issues, or weather events.
